iCrossing Brand Identity Redesign
I was hired as the first chief creative officer to lead the transformation at this search marketing company to a full-service creative agency. I built a team and implemented a new process. And we went about winning creative assignments from dozens of brands including LG, Coca Cola, Beam Global Brands, PNC Bank, Toyota, Ally Bank, Avon and Voya. I led a full brand identity redesign at the agency, which culminated in a roadshow at every one of the 19 global offices. The roadshow consisted of daylong workshops where I unveiled the new identity and then led each office through brainstorms based on real client briefs. I felt it was important to not simply distribute a presentation with the new identity and mission for the agency, but rather to engage people with real work. We ended up pitching many of the ideas to clients and executing some of them.
